Who we are

Alterac Software LLC is a Wyoming company that operates alterac.ai. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the website, create an account, or use the service. Contact us at [email protected] about this policy, a privacy request, or a security concern.

Individuals can use alterac.ai, and organizations can invite people to work together. Organization owners and administrators choose what their teams put into the service and who receives access to their projects.

Information we handle

We handle the information you provide for your account, including your email address, profile details, and authentication and recovery information. We also handle organization membership, license information, content you submit, and records of activity in the service. You and your organization decide what to put in your content; please do not include passwords, recovery codes, or other secrets there.

When you use the service, we also handle technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as request details, network information, security events, and records related to account messages and downloads.

How we use and share information

We use this information to provide accounts and team access, deliver and improve the service, manage licenses, send account and security messages, provide support, and prevent misuse.

People in your organization can see information according to their permissions. Authorized Alterac personnel may access information when needed to operate or support the service. Service providers may handle information for functions such as delivery, security, account messages, and analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

If you connect an outside tool, information you choose to send to it is also handled under your arrangements with that tool's provider.

Website analytics and storage

We use Google Analytics to understand use of our website and service. It uses cookies and similar technology and may collect pages visited, page addresses and search terms, referring pages, and device and browser information. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

We also use storage needed for account access and security.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and service information while it is needed to provide the service and maintain its history. An authorized organization owner can delete the organization; this removes its live organization and related records from the active service. Backup copies may still contain deleted information after live deletion. Other account, security, and support records may remain when needed to handle a request, protect the service, or meet an applicable obligation.

The service does not offer a complete data-export feature. While you have access, you can retrieve information available through the application and API before deleting an organization.

Your requests and choices

You can review and change supported account details and security settings in the service. Send questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity and authority before acting. If a request concerns information controlled by an organization, we may coordinate with its owner or administrator. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

Security and changes

We use access controls and other measures to protect the service. No system can eliminate every risk. Please protect your account and report suspected misuse to [email protected].

We may update this policy as the service changes. The version and effective date shown with the published policy identify the current text. If a new version requires your agreement to continue using the service, we will ask you to review and accept it in the application.
