Release notes for v1.1.0

v1.1.0 is the initial stable release of alterac.ai. It provides one coordination loop for planning repository-based software work, dispatching tasks to configured local coding agents, preserving each work run's context, and keeping acceptance or follow-up decisions with people.

• Create organizations and projects, manage member roles and licensed capacity, configure coding agents, and organize work with tasks, labels, dependencies, Plans, and Mass.
• Turn a planning conversation into draft Plans and tasks with Task Builder, review the proposed set, and choose when it becomes published project work.
• Run configured coding-agent commands in your own local checkout through the alterac.ai CLI and listener, with repository-local approval controls for new or changed commands.
• Follow each task from Backlog through agent work and review. Every work run keeps its exact context, summary, hand-off, review comments, and history so you can accept the result, request follow-up work, start fresh, or recover an incomplete run.
• Use Project Metrics to observe completed-task throughput and per-task AI-work and working-hours review distributions with visible sample sizes and exclusions.
• Learn and evaluate the workflow through public product, use-case, case-study, pricing, and Docs pages. The app sidebar identifies the running version so you can find the matching release notes.

Bring an existing Git repository, a configured local coding agent, and a person ready to review the result. alterac.ai coordinates the work and preserves the context; it still leaves the code-writing to your agent and the final judgment to a human. The robots have plenty to do already.
