Log in
Sign in with your password and authenticator, use a recovery code, and sign out safely.
Log in to alterac.ai with your email and password. After you set up two-factor authentication, enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app when prompted.
For your first login, confirm your email first. After your password is accepted, Set up two-factor guides you through connecting an authenticator, saving and acknowledging recovery codes, and finishing your profile before entering the app. Follow Create an account for those steps.
- Open Log in.
- Enter your email and password, then select Log in.
- Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.
After a successful sign-in, complete two-factor setup if required. If the app asks you to Review legal documents, agree to both current documents before continuing to profile completion or your app destination.
If Finishing login shows an error, your login succeeded but alterac.ai could not check the next step for your account. Select Retry to continue. You do not need to enter your password or use another authenticator or recovery code while this screen is shown.
You must agree to the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to use alterac.ai. If either changes, you’ll be asked to agree again. See Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
If your authenticator app is unavailable, select Use recovery code on the authenticator-code screen. Enter one saved recovery code. Each code works once.
If you have one or no codes left after signing in this way, alterac.ai prompts you to create fresh codes. Do this promptly so you keep a backup way to access your account. See Use recovery codes for the safe storage and replacement steps.
Select Sign out from an authenticated account control when you finish, especially on a shared device. This ends the browser session and returns you to the public home page.
For a command-line session, use the separate CLI login and logout guide. Browser login and CLI login use the same account but store their access separately.
Use Reset a password if you forgot your password. If you cannot receive email, use your authenticator, or have run out of recovery codes, follow Fix account access.
